Founded by Lang Lang, a pianist of global prestige, Lang Lang Music World is dedicated to becoming a global music education platform integrating music art and communication.  
As a strategic brand partner of Prodor, Lang Lang Music World has a professional teaching, research and teachers team, thus setting a concert hall and over 20 independent piano practice studios.
The curriculum at the Lang Lang Music World includes one-on-one piano lessons, group music theory and solfeggio lesson, music appreciation, and more. At the same time, high quality music events are organized, such as concerts, masterclasses, sharing sessions. With its hall-level strength, It has join hands with Lang Lang to listen to the new voices that blend with the world, and jointly promote international art and cultural exchanges and integration and innovation.

Teaching Environment

Shanghai Lang Lang Music World has a premium panoramic view of the Huangpu River and a concert hall that adopts a wrap-around design.
Performers and the audience can interact with each other on-site. Over 20 independent practice studios are equipped with Steinway pianos.
Superior amenities are provided for the learning and exchange between music art lovers.

Teaching and Researching Team

To set the foundation for curriculum R&D, expansion and quality assurance of teaching, an outstanding team of teaching and researching staff is formed with the following: Gary Graffman, world-renowned pianist and educator, former president of the Curtis Institute of Music; Zhu Yafen, world-renowned pianist and educator; Lang Lang, the world’s most famous pianist, UN Peace Ambassador; Gina Alice, young German pianist, resident artist of Steinway global and Universal Music Group (UMG) signed Pianist; Fang Zhujun, Masters of Music Education by Kingston School of Art, London, and Masters in Piano Performance under Royal College of Music (RCM), London; and Tian Mei, children’s piano educator.

Teaching Curriculum

Shanghai Lang Lang Music World utilizes a four-stage teaching curriculum. These are respectively Beginner Plan, Preliminary Plan, Intermediate Plan, and Advanced Plan. Each plan is designed for students of different age groups and levels.
The institute aims to create a first-rate music worldview for students, spurred by one-on-one tutorship up to masterclasses, unique three-dimensional teaching and researching such as concerts, music tours, and so on.

Beginner Plan

40 sessions of one-on-one piano lesson with elite teachers from Music World (30 minutes)
40 lessons on Music Theory & Solfeggio in both Chinese and English (Group Class)
Over 10 Classes and Lectures on Music Appreciation (Group Class)
Join the Masterclasses (Open Class) by piano professors from China and abroad with your student ID
(Note: If the group class/open class can not attend due to personal reasons, there will be no replacement classes.)
